Fullwash-1

Fullwashed Process

Our fullwashed process is a meticulous dance between precision and care. Ripe cherries, bursting with flavor potential, are hand-selected at the peak of maturity. They then embark on a journey through a series of water baths, meticulously washed to remove the outer pulp and mucilage (a sticky layer surrounding the coffee bean).

This results in a clean and consistent coffee profile, allowing the inherent sweetness and acidity of the beans to shine through. Imagine the first sip of a fullwashed Kintamani coffee – a symphony of floral notes and citrusy brightness, a testament to the purity of this processing method.

Honey-1

Honey Pulped Natural Process

For those seeking a taste adventure, our honey natural process offers a delightful exploration. Just like the fullwashed method, we begin by meticulously hand-picking ripe cherries. However, instead of a complete wash, the cherries undergo a partial removal of the pulp, leaving a sticky layer of mucilage clinging to the beans. This layer, rich in natural sugars, is then sun-dried on raised beds. As the sun’s warmth bathes the beans, the mucilage undergoes a natural fermentation process, infusing the beans with subtle sweetness and fruity notes.

The resulting coffee boasts a unique body, with a balance of sweetness, acidity, and a hint of fruitiness, perfect for those who appreciate a complex flavor profile.

Natural-1

Natural Process

Natural process is a true celebration of nature’s bounty. Here, the ripe cherries are left untouched after harvesting, remaining on the branch until they are sun-dried to perfection. The drying process involves meticulous care, with the cherries turned regularly to ensure even drying and prevent spoilage.

As the natural sugars within the cherry concentrate under the sun’s warmth, the resulting coffee boasts a full-bodied flavor with rich earthy notes. Imagine a cup of naturally processed Mandheling – a deep and complex brew, redolent with hints of chocolate and spice, a testament to the synergy between nature and our dedication.
