Step by step

Grind the coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency, similar to beach sand. This grind size allows for balanced extraction,
preventing over- or under-extraction.

Warm the mug or cup with hot water to retain heat and enhance the coffee’s temperature.

Place the desired amount of coffee grounds into the mug or cup. The ideal quantity varies based on personal preference, but a starting point would be around two tablespoons for a standard cup.

Carefully pour hot water over the coffee grounds, ensuring they are fully submerged. The ideal water temperature is around 93 degrees Celsius

Allow the coffee to steep for 3-5 minutes, permitting the flavors to fully develop and infuse into the water.

Once the steeping time is complete, gently stir the coffee and relish the rich, bold, and rustic flavors of your tubruk brew.
